Welcome to my shop! In Ireland, when we say goodbye, we often say "mind yourself" - take care, look after yourself, be well. When the time came for me to choose a name, I felt that Mind your vibe is a gentle reminder that we're each responsible for taking care of our energy, our own vibration, what we choose to bring into the world and attract into our lives.

My Journey

My path to crystal work began over 16 years ago during my yoga teacher certification in Costa Rica. That month-long immersion opened my mind to energy, mindfulness, and the profound connection between our inner world and outer reality. Soon after, during a particularly complex time of change, I bought my first crystal - a vibrant carnelian for protection, courage, and motivation for that part of my journey.

In the years that followed, I found myself drawn deeper into the world of crystals and mindfulness. I began studying their energies, working with crystal beads, and creating for myself and friends. Each piece taught me something new about intention, energy, and design.

After recent years at Shopify learning the ins and outs of e-commerce, I finally worked up the courage to share my crystal creations with you. Mind your Vibe is the result - a small business born from curiosity, nurtured by practice, and grown with intention.

I believe we're each on our own journey here on Earth, facing the daily choice of what kind of life we want to live. We are also all energy and vibration, whether we're conscious of this or not. It's so easy to get stuck, to stop working on ourselves, to lose sight of what truly matters or have courage to stay the course when we choose a new path. These beautiful pieces of the earth each bring a unique frequency that can help bring you back to focus. They remind you where you want to direct your energy and what you want to build in your life - where focus goes, energy flows.

How I Work

Every piece I create begins with sourcing natural crystal beads - always genuine, often earthy and raw in their beauty. I spend time feeling their energy and letting the crystals guide my designs. It's a collaboration between intention and intuition. Once I have clarity on what wants to be created, I handcraft each one with care and attention to detail, with intention behind every piece.

Most items are limited edition due to the small batch crystals used and there may only be one made. All the necklaces are unique and one-of a kind while other pieces may have a few more similar made. No two are ever identical since the natural crystal beads have multiple variations for the same stone. I consider energy flow, crystal combinations, and how each stone interacts with the others. I share detailed information, so you can learn more about each crystal and the energy you're working with. Each piece is meant to be an instrument, a companion, a daily reminder to mind your vibe.

A Little About Me

I live in a small village in County Wexford with my black poodle, creating these pieces in a space that's equal parts workshop and meditation corner. I believe magic is real, you have everything you need to live your dreams and your vibe in this moment matters.

I love working with the crystals, feeling how a design wants to come together, the quiet focus, and ultimately, the chance to share them with you. If my work has a positive impact on even one person - if it helps someone remember to mind their vibe and focus on what they want to attract in life - I will be deeply grateful.
